Listen to sessions that complement each other or are in the same theme ****You can listen to more than one session at a time, but it's best if the sessions support each other and are within the same theme. *Address one main topic at a time* ****For instance, you shouldn't listen to Quit Smoking, Fear of Flying and Self-Esteem together, as they are three completely separate topics to address. But you may very well listen to Quit Smoking, More Motivated and Get Started at the same time. Or, for example, Self-Esteem, Inner Peace and Be More Brave - which also supplement each other.

We recommend: Finish a Treatment within one month and listen to no more than one session within your treatment each day. So the fastest you should finish an entire treatment with 10 sessions is ten days. You can always support your treatment by listening to our Boosters and Quick Fixes as much as you'd like 😊

How to change language in HelloMind

Please follow the steps below in order to change the language in your HelloMind app.

You will only get language selection the first time you start the app if there is a conflict between the selected language and your region. If your phone or tablet has EN language and US region, the app will by default start with English. Similarly DA language and Denmark region, will then by default be Danish in the app.

Keep phone language set to English/Danish.
Change Phone region to other than U.S/Denmark
Re-install the HelloMind app.
On start, it will ask for your language.
