# Free HelloMind

### How do I keep using HelloMind without a subscription?
****Don't feel like subscribing is right for you at this moment? You still have a some options.

**Free sessions:**  There are sessions that are always free. The free sessions are located in **'My sessions'**.

**Promoted Sessions:**  Sessions on promotion which are accessed by keyword in the app search field.  The keyword information is shared through in-app notifications, email, or on instagram and/or facebook - So to know which sessions are free on promotion, make sure to turn on notifications from HelloMind, follow us on insta & facebook, and login to the app & sign up for email with the email address that you check. To log in, tap on the upper right hand menu, scroll down and choose 'login'.

**Video feedback:**   If you create a video feedback, you will get one additional week of HelloMind. To do this go to the upper right-hand menu, choose 'feedback' and then 'video feedback'.
