How do I keep using HelloMind without a subscription?

Free sessions: There are sessions that are always free. The free sessions are located in 'My sessions'.

Promoted Sessions: Sessions on promotion which are accessed by keyword in the app search field. The keyword information is shared through in-app notifications, email, or on instagram and/or facebook - So to know which sessions are free on promotion, make sure to turn on notifications from HelloMind, follow us on insta & facebook, and login to the app & sign up for email with the email address that you check. To log in, tap on the upper right hand menu, scroll down and choose 'login'.

Video feedback: If you create a video feedback, you will get one additional week of HelloMind. To do this go to the upper right-hand menu, choose 'feedback' and then 'video feedback'.
