How to unsubscribe on Android

To unsubscribe, you will need to go to the Google Play Store and sign in with the email address you used when creating your HelloMind account. Remember that uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription. Therefor, please follow the steps below:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
2. Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
3. Tap Menu - it looks like three stripes in the upper left corner. Then choose Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
6. Follow the instructions.

When you cancel a subscription you’ll still be able to use your subscription for the time you’ve already paid.
