How to unsubscribe on iOS

Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.

Please follow the steps below in order to cancel your HelloMind subscription:

Remember to log on with the same Apple ID as you used to create your HelloMind account.

1. Go to Settings on your home screen (not in HelloMind).
2. Choose your name = your Apple ID.
3. Choose Subscriptions.
4. Choose the subscription that you want to manage.
5. Choose a different subscription option, or tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.

When you cancel a subscription you’ll still be able to use your subscription for the time you’ve already paid.
