Log in with YouSee More
You can only log on to HelloMind via YouSee More if you have chosen Danish as your language at your first start up. In order to change the language in your HelloMind App, please follow the steps below:
Please note - you will only get language selection the first time you start the app if there is a conflict between the selected language and your region. If your phone or tablet has EN language and US region, the app will by default start with English. Similarly DA language and Denmark region, will then by default be Danish in the app.
Keep phone language set to English/Danish.
Change Phone region to other than U.S/Denmark.
Re-install the HelloMind app.
On start, it will ask for your language.
Choose Danish / Dansk.
You will now be able to log on via YouSee More.
