You can log in with your email address –or by choosing Facebook, Google, or Apple ID.

To log in with your email address, please follow these steps:

1. Open your HelloMind app
2. Tap on the upper, right-hand corner hamburger menu (3 stripes)
3. Choose "Log In"
4. Enter your Apple/Google ID email address
5. An email with a Smart Link has been sent to your mailbox (of the email address you entered).
6. Tap on the Smart Link in the mail and choose to open it with your HelloMind app. If you log in to Gmail or hotmail from a browser you will not get this option, so make sure a mail app is installed on your device.
7. You will now be redirected to the page where you entered your email address
8. Wait for the pop-up window telling you that you are logged in
9. If prompted, please enter your name

Please note: The Smart Link in the email is only valid one time. We advise you to delete it after use. This ensures that you do not accidentally choose it again if you log in to HelloMind from a new unit or after a reinstallation.
