My session stops before it's finished.
There are 3 possible explanations to a stopping session.
- The phone or tablet is set to sleep mode by the user when the session starts. HelloMind App has got its own energy saver, so there's no need to set your device to sleep mode. When you start the session, your screen will dim so that it's almost black. After your session has finished, your device will automatically go into sleep mode.
- Android has got a new battery optimization mode which means that your device will go into sleep mode if you don't touch your screen within a set timelimit. To avoid this from happening, you will need to go into your energy settings in order to allow your HelloMind App to use your battery even if you don't touch your screen. How to do this defferes from brand to brand. You therefor have to look it up in your manual, or search the internet for a solution. As an example, you can Google "Battery optimization Samsung mobile" or "Battery optimization Huawei mobile".

- The user sends HelloMind to the background by tapping on the home botton of their device after the session has started playing.
