Skip a Session

In order to skip a session, the treatment must be stored in your 'my sessions' folder. If the treatment is already in your 'my sessions' folder, follow instructions in A, below. If the session is not appearing in 'my sessions' follow instructions first in B, then A.

A. Skip sessions in 'my sessions'

1) To skip a session or change the session number, go to the treatment in 'my sessions'. Choose the treatment.

2) Tap the button in the bottom middle of the screen displaying the treatment number - for instance '1/10' or just '1'.

3) To skip to a desired number, tap the '1/10' counter in the middle bottom of the screen. Then you can use the arrows to move the counter to the correct number of the treatment.

B. Session to skip is not in 'my sessions'

1) If the treatment is not appearing in my sessions, find it with the search.

2) Start the session then close it. Once you start a session and close it, it will appear in 'my sessions'.

3) Next, go to 'my sessions' and follow the instructions from the paragraph above 'A'.
